Available wines
Chateau Guillotin wines are soft and mellow with rich aromas, which are the perfect accompaniment to game, red meats and cheeses. All our wines are the traditional Bordeaux Claret blend of 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc & 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Below is a selection of our currently available wines, some older vintages with limited supply are available on request.
All wines orders are by the case, 6 or 12 bottles, with the exception of magnums. The vintages available are listed below:-
